Do you have a restrictor on the flushing line that runs from return to the case port on top?  If not, you are likely pushing too much flow thru the case line, which generates more back pressure at the case return coupler which in turn raises the motor case pressure and results in failed shaft seals.  Depending on the length of time that you are running the motor you could likely eliminate the flushing line.
