I may reinstall the flow restriction valve. The more I discuss it here and think about it. I bet it is the small jumper hose from the return back to the motor case that is my problem. I think the restrictor valve was compounding my problem with that little hose feeding off of the return line because the dump-off from the pressure side is into the return which would essentially create more problems with pressure getting to the motor case with that little jumper hose. Once that is gone.....The flow restrictor becomes useful again.
