Subject: RE: Exapta's Thompson closing wheels

We ran them on the corn planter and the 1990 drill. We ran mojo keetons and also the wedges on the wheels and really liked them for no tilling corn into bean stubble. Defiinitly didnt like them as much in tilled dirt, but got by fine with them since 95% was notill. In tilled dirt we ran little, if any pressure. We had the lighter springs they sell for them, and there were times we just left them roll with the handle released in tilled dirt. Liked them on the drill as well.
