NWC Ohio | No problem at 5-5.5 mph. Now if you slow down though your row to row balance may become uneven as the flow (pressure) drops. You do need to keep enough flow that the orifices produce 10+ psi of system pressure to open all the check valves if you have check valves in the lines with the orifices. Probably not a big deal when turning around on ends when your slowing down, but if you have to plant slower for some reason it may be bit of an issue.
I’d much rather be 30 psi than 60 psi as well. | |
