Subject: Kinze 3600 asd fan

far south central iowa
Noticed this afternoon my fan seemed like it was chattering. Decided this evening to shut it down before it became a big problem. I assume there’s a bearing inside of there that I need to change? Looks like I need to pull the hydraulic motor off to access it. Anyone done one of these lately and any tricks to look for? It’s really hard to tell in the one picture, but I have a slight build up of residue on the fins of the fan, could that possibly make it out of balance? I also have a small oil leak on the bottom hose into the vac motor, been doing it since last year, is that a sign a seal has been knocked out? Thanks for any help
