SW OH | I agree. The company I work for likes to hire the young, dumb, and full of, you know what. Most come in with a minimal amount of tools. The tool trucks come around once a week. The newbies are pressured by buy tools that are bigger and badder than what the seasoned parts changers have. So the most powerful M18 Milwaukee impact is the first on the list. Then they use it on everything. If there's anyway possible to tighten it with an impact, so be it.
