Take your belt off your waist, wrap the filter with belt going through buckle, pull. I don't believe there is a cover in the grain tank to get to it.
Could also use a strap filter wrench with a breaker bar or drive a bar threw the filter and spin. Air hammer could be used if you have the space. Or a regular hammer and drive it around.
I always buy good heavy belts for this reason. Lol
