Subject: Help Plumbing a hydraulic motor on my homemade blower

NW Iowa
I made this blower with a fan from a central fill planter to use on my skid steer. It has taken out the seal on the output shaft several times now. I’m speculating that I need to remove and cap the line that comes off the return line and feeds into I believe the motor case? It was originally setup that way for a planter but somehow the motor case is getting pressurized??? Will the motor be okay if I do that? Should I switch the case drain to the top port and instead cap the bottom one??
