NE Indiana | Do you have a cable from the Z2 to the 9 pin ISO plug on the tractor? If so, under the technician tab on the Z2 settings there is a features button, if you press that it should say that say "John Deere ISO" make sure that is unlocked. Might make sure the right valve unlock got put in also cause there was 2 different Ag Leader unlocks one for the SteerCommand and a different one for the SteerCommand Z2.
