Big Sky Country | Last year my immediate upwind neighbor left tractor and air seeder across county road from me—in spring-had to bring backhoe to dig it out tò move.
This year—-it’s worse—-filled ditch on his side, drifted across road like snow, filled my irrigation ditch, plus two feet over the top, only one wire showing on fence, blew into my irrigated field for 150 yards—-had to pull into 4 w.d. as it got deeper tò get outa it—-
Showed his hired man——operator grew up on ranch, lives there—-seldom see him—-he probably aint even seen this up close—-but you could see it moving from miles away—and said we need to talk.
Im always willing to go over 50% to get along with neighbors——but what the hell?!
What legal recourse—-if any—-do I have if it comes to that? Tia
