Yep then year four you get a letter saying failed established stand not at the fault of the operator and another cost share to reseed it for the remaining 6 years. I’m annoyed personally as its family ground that I help maintain but I just get paid to maintain it which isn’t a big enough amount to cover the annoyance factor.
