It might take you a while, but maybe you could put pre emerge down with an atv/sxs sprayer and then plant.
Another option is ask a neighbor if you could trade labor during the year for spraying/planting your beans. They may want help cleaning out bins in the summer or something when you might have more free time.
By the time you get to harvest, you'll have had all summer to either work out another labor trade or find a cheap head to cut beans with.
