I know it’s hard to imagine but beans were planted naked for decades and we got good stands.

I have neighbors that have had beans in the ground for 3 weeks and with the frost danger they have hoping they weren’t up. Scratch my head on that one.

Our average last freeze is around the first week of May, the treatments don’t protect from frost.
