Yes I have them in my 1.6 bu boxes, work very well, BUT, you need to do something to seal the gap around the top edge of the insert. Personally, I use furnace tape, get the good stuff and use 6 to 8 inch strips overlapping and pay attention to the corner
The amount of seed not getting into the seed fingers is only a couple dozen.
