As did I. However, I think we were just too busy to notice. I know I was, when I look back on it i think it was difficult, but when I look forward... I think the younger generation has a hell of an uphill climb unless there is a significant support.

There is one thing that we all seem to overlook and it's the potential for outside investors or legal entities that protect the assets. Without that thought process it is hard to imagine many of these situations continuing to prosper. I've had a successful career and when I put a pencil to some of these situations, they are impossible.
