Subject: RE: Agleader " Configuration failed"

Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
The wiring near the clutch module must feed 12V constant power and ground to the Clutch Module (the fairly large red and black wires with the 2 pin Deutsch connector). The 12V power also branches off at that point and ultimately leads to Pin A of every Clutch branch on the frame harness. Pin B is the return path from each clutch section and should return to the appropriate location on the Clutch module.

With a healthy system with all sections planting, 12V should be present on Pin A or each clutch section, a healthy coil on each clutch should allow that 12V to get to Pin B which leads back to the clutch module for each section. The system checks for 12V returning there and compares that with the expected results from your configuration. The error message is presented if there is not an exact match between what the system sees and what you have described in the configuration.

This is can be very helpful in warning you of a problem since if this does not happen, the clutch system would not work properly and the operator might not be aware of it. Their planter monitor should confirm which rows are planting when they should and not planting when they shouldn't be.
