Regarding ND (1 going up 40 miles away) I found it humorous that the guys pushing them tell us ND is ideal because of our cooler weather and they cant build them down south because of the heat.
That appears to be totally false because they are being built in many states "hotter" than here.
Friend in Michigan tells of one where the land sold for $50k/ acre. Hard for landowners to turn that down.
