| My wife started to make these protein balls and they are great for a snack ever once in a while.
It was in the recipe from the heart institute.
Chops up different nuts and add unsweetened cranberries , some raisins , they say to use some peanut butter or Maple syrup to hold the stuff together.
A round tablespoon for making the balls.
She keeps them in the fridge and they're way better than cookies.
