It was easy once I cut out the sugar, the need for feed went away.
Huberman labs has a very interesting podcast on sugar. Would recommend listening, really change my life.
Egg and sausage for breakfast with a little fiber and I’m set till supper. Supper is a meat, vegetables, cheese, fruits and fiber. Everything for the most part is whole foods.
Sugar is definitely addictive and drives the appetite. Wife bought Nutella, I was busy licking a spoon of it thinking about how I needed another spoon full. I had deliciousness on the spoon and was still craving more. I’m never eating an apple thinking about my next apple.
