NC Iowa | All I'm saying is they pay the wrong people in my opinion. My last sentence stated my area supervisor who is in my site once a month gets a bonus if my site doesn't have a bunch of dead pigs. That job falls on me, is he supposed to oversee me, yes but if I'm not doing my job, its still on me. Shouldn't I get the bonus then?!
And yes for your statement on the contract side, I don't complain while I signed the contract. Its after the stated years that they want to sign me again, want me to renovate/ add something different, but not pay anymore on top of it let alone figuring in increased cost of living and inflation. I'm pretty sure they're doing just fine. I'll negotiate the best i can when I can | |
