NC Iowa | So they're not making anymore but yet have twice the employees they did 17 years ago, 4 vets on staff instead of none or 1, now have a marketing guy, a area supervisor, someone to count in pigs, someone to audit sites, etc. All the stuff that 1 or 2 guys used to do now requires 7. And in those 17 years, I'm sure none of those employees took a pay raise or accepted any bonuses because how could they if the company isn't making anymore many.
I'll tell you a good one! My area supervisor gets a bonus if MY SITE that I CHORE had a good/low death loss. Make that one make sense for me. | |
