Do yourself a favor and don’t build one. It’s a great way to work for free for 15 years for the privilege of owning a worn out structure at the end of the loan term. I agree with the guy that said it needs to pay for itself in 5-7 years but that ain’t gonna happen. Unfortunately there’s a sucker born every day and I was that sucker 11 years ago.
