coast of Maine | There are other options as you can run it as an s-corp when filing, partnership, and sole entity ( I think that’s what it is called). Think of it as system like an s-corp but slight difference, you have to select it to be treated like an s-corp at tax time or not.You can have an LLC with no stock. Just an agreement between members. I know the couple I have are treated same our s corp. | |
