NW Ohio | All of those devices are RTK compatible. As the other poster said, it is just a matter of If they are unlocked already. If they are not unlocked, it may be best to try to find monitors that are unlocked already. To start with the AG 35 antenna should be good to go with RTK. I do not believe it is a Trimble antenna, but it should work. On the 750 display, you can look on the back, there may be a port that says "RTK". I believe it is near the top. If there is, then there is a good chance you are ready to go. If not, there is still a chance it is unlocked for Rtk. you should be able to go through the settings and find gnss settings and see if you can select RTK or VRS. Its been a long time since I have messed with a 750, but I liked that display for what I was doing with it..
The TMX2050 system. Again, a good place to start is with on the TM200. does it have an AG815 with it and a port installed under the picture of a radio antenna? if so, you are most likely good to go. If not, boot up the display and look for "App Central". you may need to press the "All Programs" button (round with 6 small circles in it). Next go to the drop down menu (three lines in the top left corner) and click on licenses. Look for something in there that says "high Accuracy". if you see that you are unlocked for RTK.
I am not sure on the inteliview 2 monitor. the large square antenna is the GPS receiver that feeds into the inteliview 2 monitor. it should have a model like 262 or 272 or 372... I've never personally used one, but I'm sure through the inteliview monitor there is a way to look for or change the GPS correction source. Look through that and see if RTK or VRS or something like that is an option.
Once you know if you have RTK then you can decide what kind of RTK service you want to use. I use a VRS or CORS network system from the state of Ohio. You would need some cabling and some sort of modem or access point. There are ways to make a hot spot on your cellphone work, but I use Trimble's GX450 modems since I have multiple people using them. Some of my help is older and the modem just works when they boot up the device. It seems simpler to me. Another option would be to set up your own base station. If the devices have the port I had you look for, then there is a chance this is a viable option.
Sorry for the long message! feel free to e-mail me if you'd like. email in my profile is good, although there are people on here that are much more knowledgeable than I am who will hopefully chime in. | |
