 NW MN | Clutches have power all the time, display on or off. Clutches are “activated” to disengage seeding by the CCM switching the ground side of the circuit to ground.
Row 8 has a problem. The CCM looks for voltage on each ground pin when the clutches are engaged (planting mode, coil circuit open). It sees 1-7 but not 8. It won’t look for more after it misses one.
If you have power to row 8, you have a clutch or ground path back to the module that is bad. Clutch should be close to 35 ohms. Check for smashed or broken wires on row 8, loose connector, damaged pins, or bad crimps. | |
