I've often wondered if I'm the only one anywhere who doesn't so much care for the stripe effect in my grass? Our yard isn't square/level/smooth enough for it to ever work, which is fine. But it's just never been a look I've wanted to aspire to.
I'm the same way. Prefer an even green look after mowing and no stripes. Perfect means you can't even see a mower was there, except for shorter and even grass. Striped grass looks like a shiddy mowing job to my eyes.
