Real estate was always expensive, crops were consecutively more expensive to grow year over year. Rather be farming now than anytime in history. Technology made jobs exponentially easier and information age is truly amazing. Id take the 80’s as my preffered timeline to back and choose from. Only this time give it a go as a debt free producer instead of borrowed to the hilt. Debt free guys in that timeframe never had it so good cuz they also generally were enjoying 18-21% on their bank CD’s. I know my grandpa was that way. There was a period during the Great War where he did his best work, But the 80’s let him make a lot of money without having to milk the cows anymore. |
