No it doesn’t. For 2 months when corn and soybeans are growing at their peak it can match and even surpass the rainforest but that is short lived. As fodder breaks down it throws the cycle in reverse. So mid-June through mid Aug the corn belt is doing more but the other 10 months it goes the other way.
