Interesting look at Greek agriculture. They are having some of the same problems we are with farmers aging and other problems. But thought this statement below was interesting that they thought this was a problem. I wonder what the percentage of YS farmers have agricultural education. Now they did not give if that was 2 or 4 year education or other type of education.

Education levels are strikingly low. Only 1.3% of agricultural land is managed by someone with full agricultural training; 94.4% of Greek farmers rely solely on experience – at a moment when agricultural technology is advancing rapidly.

Farmers are educated.....its starts when they are a children and most by the age of 25 have as much experience as someone working in corporate after college for a decade. Farmers by age 45 generally have more knowledge then the best CEO's in the country. Farmers learn and adapt to knew skills and technology at faster paces then universities can teach or understand. I'm one of the few with a 4 year degree and I can tell you the greatest gift it provides me is the ability to walk away and pursue something else any time I want.
