The forecast a few days ago looked promising for beneficial rains for a big chunk of HRW country, now it’s all shifted south so once again the driest areas will miss out. Although to be fair most of the crop is too far gone from drought and freeze damage that rain would make a substantial difference.


They're still calling for rain here. So what do you mean by "south"?
