I can think of dozens if not hundreds thst became very wealthy from:
Good land
Good crops
Good management
Conservative
Years of good commodity prices
Land values increasing 50x.
Granted, some of that transpired from being in "good" areas, but it still happened.
Actually, there's a lot of guys on AT that fit in that category that I dont even know.
Regarding asking about coming payments. It truly is sickening. Someone whining every day. And then wonder why.city folks disrespect the farmers. | |
