| I kinda think margins have a lot to do with management. There are high cost producers and low cost producers and everything in between. Low cost producers are doing great.
Also, low cost producer does not mean lots of owned ground. Low cost producers are those who manage things well enough that they are doing fine even while paying competitive cash rent. There are plenty of people like that out there at these prices.
