It's been many years ago but ours was doing the same. As it turned out there was some debris in one of the cartridges. And it was not the one you would have suspected. IIRC,
the Left wing cylinder is connected to the two right hand cylinders on the main frame when in "Planting " mode. And vice versa with the other cylinders. Good luck with your diagnosis.
