They literally made me sign up. I had no claims. Back to back record yields in 23 and 24. So then you sign up and it asks what disaster caused you yield loss. I look at the FSA lady with hands raised and she says just put drought. Oh ok… haha what a joke. It’s 2026 and we are still getting disaster payments from 23 and 24. 25 wasn’t so great with all the Southern rust locally then you hear west corn belt farmers had record yields and they are raking in the SDRP double now triple?? Come on what a joke.
That should be considered fraud by the fsa officials knew full well your county wasn’t in a drought and had great crops.
My county in southern Ohio had a level 3 drought and was a train wreck.I collected but I needed it and was thankful for it. |
