| Had the same thing happen to me on erp phase 2. A year later they wanted 20 grand back. Had to pay it. Long story made short, I told them I didnt 100% understand the verbage but since it was producer certified it was on me. They checked everything before submitting but once audited it all came back on me. They have no liability on alot of these programs.
Luckly paying them back 20k didnt bankrupt me. It was close but we made due. | |
