Driftless SW Wisconsin | Supposedly about half of their 400,000 acres is "owned" the rest is leased. Of the "owned" acres, most of those probably have a good size mortgage on them. So those acres will probably go back to the mortgage holder. Unpaid equipment goes back to Deere or whoever financed the equipment. What's left probably isn't much, especially if last year's operating expenses are not paid. | |
