The 3rd of march I signed a contract to have my pole barn reroofed. Apprx 15 thousand. The estimator said it wouldn't get started until April. I called them (apex) about 3 weeks ago and just wanted an update. Was told a foreman would be calling about schedules, the nest day. And they didn't call. I called again several days ago and was told that today I would get a call around 8 am and we would talk abut it. No phone call and I'm getting the feeling that I'm being played. Can't even get through to cancel the contract..and they have 1/2 the total payment. So turned it over to my attorney. Said they would look at the situation monday. And see if they could pursue it. This is what I get for doing business in wichita. | |
