Wheat is kicking. Thursday drought map looks pretty tough for late April.
Rumors of no fertilizer purchased so switching from corn to beans.
Some planters ran for 2-3 days here, then got inch of rain last night be a few days before planters can go. Sunday/Monday have rain so probably no planting for a week at best.
Some guys planted beans first so not sure how much corn went in the ground.
Are you seeing guys switch acres away from corn?
What does planting pace look like on Monday report?
I sold some dec 26 corn today and a small cash July sale.
Probably both my best sales of the year not including accumulator contracts.... | |
