southern nebraska | I'm in saline county and 20 miles south and 40 miles east they are bitching about the rain. My gauge shows about 1" in April and 2" since Jan 1. I had someone tell me that I'm not planting deep enough, I'm going 3" deep. . Any deeper and no moisture. We have moisture from 1 to 2" deep. I'm actually planting under the moisture. Unless things change for southwest saline county Nebraska we will be able to right off the corn before July. It's crunchy grass dry.
Anywhere to take 28 cows this summer? I'll probably wean 350 # calves before finding grass for cows. Seriously we have no grass
