My first records were 45s. 
Don't Be Cruel - Elvis
Houndog - Elvis
Blue Suede Shoes - Carl Perkins

I never liked 8 trks. I used to copy them to reel-to-reel and dub out the "Click-Click" changing tracks.
I had a lot of 7" reel music. Hours & hours. Lots & lots of vinyl records. Belonged to teh Record Club of America. Decent organization w/good prices.
Cassettes were OK, but fragile

They're all dead now.
I've got about 5,000,000 pieces of music on the computer. Lots of activity with the old Napster downloads. I think it was legal....wasn't it?
