Mine only has 2' hose from pump to mixing housing (whatever you call it) so I just shut off pump after a few gallons and leave it for year. Shoot another 10 acres and put applicator away for year. Drain diesel from tank and clean screens when starting next year. Also a good time to clean NH3 screens too.
