NE WI | Is it throwing any codes on the EIC dash?
Sounds like it could be the shift control board located below the shift lever. It was close to $500 for that board from a NH dealer.
Clutch petal come all the way back to the top. Springs can get weak or bushings wore out down there by the clutch petal.
