Torque is what turned the wheels. The last truck that I owned when I retired was 13 liter 455 with 1850 #torque and it handled 80-90,000 loads very well for this old farmer. I was pulling a 40 ft hopper and the truck was a Volvo short nose.I would have bought the 505 hp but the warranty was shorter or more $$$ , I don’t remember.
