Its not even close to being there.
Research will show what they paid for parcels of land.
And it will also show what those same parcels sold for when liquidated.
Lost tens of millions (maybe hundreds) in just land liquidation alone.
Then add on:
Losses while farming
Huge depreciation in machinery values
Tax losses.
Its a long list and the farm will never recover.
