Did rescue a dump truck for a neighbor and he had one of those streach ropes he used dump truck to dump truck... Anyway I took a 9400T and tied on and it will scare you... Tightened it up and started creeping forward in low at idle... went 20' or better and it just kept stretching??? I stopped once and said "I don't know about this??" He says "Just keep going it will be fine!" so I put it back in low and was damb neer setting on floorboard as it streached... Finally it came out and relaxed... I told myself never agian... Bought 2 20' chains w/links size of your thumb new, for constructon equipment... It comes in handy at times but you need two guys and a transport unit to get it anywhere... Invested in a Big blue rope I don't know the rating but it's 3 to 3 1/2 inches in diameter 40' added the protective cover over it and used it on tile plow tractor dosen't stretch and has heavy steal loops made into it... one guy can get it around... We keep it inside out of sun when not in use... It's been good... no complaints there... Second tile plow tractor not enough room and 40' was too long... I bought a custom made cable form a rigging store for just plow to front of tractor and then a second one from front to pull unit... that works good but only use it for tiling... I say I'd go with a big rope non stretch style...
