North Central OH | Wear looks even between the tires to me, just the nature of them. If one side was worn off would tell you to check toe in and alignment. Had a maxium that always wore the right front edge off, last set of tires I stretched strings across the back wheels to the fronts and squared them to the rear end. Couple of turns of the tie rods on both sides and so far so good, but don't see any issues in your case.
