An absentee landlord should be wary of a deal like that let alone a “retired farmer”. The secured creditors are gonna get clipped big time in a deal like this. The unsecured creditors will get nothing but a big legal bill if they contest. Why the hell should the landlords get paid in full when they knew this was another “too good to be true” scenario at the expense of every other creditor. | |
