I don’t believe that is that uncommon.. before deportations.. most of my Hispanic neighbors.. consider themselves conservatives.  Which again confounds me why Trump would declare war on them.. Why not jump on the trend and establish a voting block.. he was making inroads.. maybe still with some but.. “not so much” with those who have run ins with ICE.

Here’s a story of a Latino.. re elected to be Mayor.. by 101 to 20.  He is a legal resident.. has a green card.. but later found out that was illegal.. nobody at the court house caught it.  He already served a term.. and was reportedly well liked by the community.

Most of y’all’s reaction seems “over the top” for those of us who live with Latinos.  What’s the big deal?  Nobody else wants to live here.. do the work.. fine.  We’re fine with it.
