so this is a Canadian operation? Not sure how Bankruptcy laws are in Canada but in the US this would be called a bankruptcy filling and every contract is open to renegotiation in bankruptcy including every lease agreement. The bigger they are the more debt they carry and the higher their operating costs are as a percentage of their gross income.
