Seward County Nebraska , way drier than 2012. No one can ever remember it being this dry.. Alot of corn going in the ground around here. No till has enough moisture to germinate and that's about it. Any ground that has been worked is going to need a pivot or a prayer.
And north central Indiana is wetter than most can ever remember. Hoping to install pontoons on my planter sometime today….
Soil temp is still pretty cold. Nothing moving around here.
Edit…heavy frost last night. Have mowed lawn twice. Pastures coming on, wish I could turn the cows out on the cover crops, but it would destroy the fields.
